supplemental application, carefully following all instructions. Please call (213) 740-1286 with any questions or to request materials by mail. Or request information online.
Please note that you must also complete the university's graduate application form. All required forms must be received by the appropriate offices before an audition or interview can be scheduled.

February 1, 2007 - Houston, Texas
February 3, 4 & 5, 2007- Chicago
February 10, 2007 - San Francisco
February 15, 16 & 17, 2007- Los Angeles
No G.R.E. is required.
