Regina Williams
Regina Williams is an actress, dancer and innovative choreographer credited as the originator of hip-hop in the dance studios. A native of New Jersey, Regina moved to Southern California where she earned a Bachelor Degree in Musical Theatre from United States International University of San Diego. Soon after, she launched Regina's Studio of Performing Arts in Los Angeles. Currently, she is on staff at the University of Southern California and is the Director and Founder of the Hollywood Sitcom Dancers. Believing that all aspects of dance, including street forms, should be taught within a professional studio environment, Regina was the first to teach hip-hop to the technical dance world. She has traveled extensively teaching hip hop and other dance forms around the world; including a unique experience in the Middle East, where she taught hip hop to the Princess of Saudi Arabia. Regina's choreography can be seen all over television on shows such as The Soul Train Music Awards, The 2004/2007 BET Awards, The Steve Harvey Show and various music videos. Regina has also been working with the Oxygen Network for past two years as the choreographer for their new reality show, Mo'Nique's Fat Chance. She has also choreographed national tours for top artists in R&B and Hip Hop, including Chante Moore, Tisha Campbell and Johnny Gill.
