Casey Cowan Gale's extensive experience includes co-designing lighting for the world premiere of Angels in America, Part One: Millennium Approaches and work for Disney and Ringling Brothers Circus. She served as lighting designer for Walt Disney Imagineering, where she helped develop systems for Tokyo Disneyland and the German production of The Hunchback of Notre Dame. Her lighting designs have been seen in productions at the Mark Taper Forum, the Tiffany Theatre, L.A. Theatre Center and the Coronet Theatre, among others. For her work she has received the Drama-Logue Award, the L.A. Weekly Award and awards from the Illuminating Engineering Society. Casey Cowan Gale teaches courses in Theatrical Lighting Design in Theory and Practice.
