Jacqueline Pavlich

Jacqueline Pavlich teaches classical ballet for the USC School of Theatre. Trained in the United States, London, Paris, and Geneva, she danced professionally in Cannes, France with the Rosella Hightower Company, and with Teatro Italiano del Balletto in Rome, Italy. In the United States, Pavlich was a Soloist with the San Francisco Opera and Pacific Ballet of San Francisco. She later joined the Oakland Ballet Company as a Principal Artist. Pavlich is an Associate Member of the Royal Academy of Dance (A.R.A.D.), London. After receiving her teaching credentials from the Royal Academy, she worked throughout Europe and in the United States as ballet teacher, choreographer, and ballet mistress. She choreographed Shakespearean plays and musical theatre at Oxford University, England. For ten years she was Director of her own School of Ballet Arts, in Los Angeles.
